Shipping Policy for Stay Unwoke

Overview

Stay Unwoke, in partnership with Printify, offers a range of shipping options to meet diverse customer needs. Our products are produced on-demand and shipped directly to you.

Shipping Options

• Economy Shipping: Most budget-friendly, taking 4-8 business days for delivery within the US. Not available for international shipping.
• Standard Shipping: Available for both domestic and international orders. Domestic delivery takes 2-5 business days, while international delivery can take 10-30 business days.
• Priority Shipping: Available for both US and select international destinations, offering a faster delivery time of 2-3 business days in the US and 3-5 days internationally.
• Express Shipping: This premium service offers the quickest turnaround of 2-3 business days domestically, including production time. Express shipping is applicable only to specific products like t-shirts with front prints.
• We use USPS for all shipping unless contacted and requested otherwise 

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees vary based on the shipping method, product type, and delivery destination. Detailed costs are provided during the checkout process and are influenced by the rates from our shipping carriers.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within the production times specified by Printify. Once the product is ready, it's shipped based on the shipping option selected at checkout.

International Shipping

We do not offer International Shipping at this time. 

Order Status

To check the status of your order please ensure you create an account when purchasing.  Your order status will be located in your account page. 

Tracking

Tracking information is provided for all shipping methods except Economy. You can track your order through the link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Profiles

To ensure accurate shipping rates, Stay Unwoke uses shipping profiles provided by Printify, which automatically adjust based on the product and shipping destination.

Missing Items

Because we use mutiple print houses to provide products, not all your products may arrive at the same time. Please allow the maximum time on our shipping quote to request customer service.  At any time the shipping dates have passed please contact us for a solution at contact@stayunwoke.com

Order Upgrades

Upgrades to Priority Shipping are available for an additional fee if the initial shipping method chosen is Standard. This option needs to be selected before the order goes into production.

All shipping times are estimates and may vary based on factors outside of our control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, and customs delays.
